The National Candle Association reports that U.S. retail sales of candles, excluding candle accessories, is about $2 billion annually. Candles are used in about 70% of households. Research indicates that the most important factors impacting candle sales are cost, shape, color and fragrance with fragrance being the most important characteristic affecting candle purchases.
Making your own candles is fun and now it’s super easy with the new all natural vegetable waxes that make clean up easy with only warm water and soap.
